Campaign Strategy: Circle of One Marketing is providing an engaging campaign that leverages a familiar pop culture acronym, and repurposes it to highlight the unique and positive attributes of the City of Miami Gardens. This campaign is designed to inspire pride amongst current residents of Miami Gardens, while also targeting potential visitors and tourists.  With the proper integration on multiple platforms (traditional media, digital media, and merchandise), the OMG campaign can be a unique, multifunctional campaign that highlights the best of Miami Gardens’ past, present, and future.

With a simple Bold Typeface, it is easy for the logo to be manipulated in order to engage the community.  Companies such as Google do special, temporary alteration of the logo on their homepage that is intended to celebrate holidays, events, achievements, and people. States such as Virginia have LOVEworks, an art installation of the word “LOVE" designed and placed in many different locations across Virginia. 


This instantly sparked an idea, Miami is an artist hub with international art fairs such as Art Basel, so with a simple Bold Typeface, it is easy for the logo to be manipulated in order to engage the community. Miami Gardens can give current residents and business owners the opportunity to highlight the unique and positive attributes (#onlymiamigardens) of the City of Miami Gardens, through designing their own OMG design with the framework of the OMG program logo that can be placed around town and engage those visiting and considering MG for new residential and economic endeavors the opportunity to be emerged into the culture of Miami Gardens.
